Order Processing

  • All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours after payment has been received and cleared.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods at checkout:

🚀 Express Shipping (2-Day Delivery) – Arrives within 2 business days after shipment.

📦 Standard Shipping (5-7 Business Days) – Arrives within 5-7 business days after shipment.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship throughout North America.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Once an order has been shipped, we cannot make changes to the address. Please double-check your details before completing checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages

City of Slimes is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local carrier or neighbors. For further assistance, contact the shipping provider.

RETURNS

At City of Slimes, we take pride in our limited-edition, high-quality pieces. Due to the exclusive nature of our drops, all sales are final—we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

No Returns or Exchanges

  • Every item is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure top quality.

  • Due to the limited stock (only 25 pieces per style), we cannot offer size swaps or exchanges.

  • Please review your order carefully before purchasing.

Order Issues & Defects

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue at CITYOFSLIMES@GMAIL.COM. We will review and determine a resolution.
